Speed Indicator Devices (SID)
The Lincolnshire Road Safety Officer has recommended placing a pole along Linchfield Road on the south side, between Fen Field Mews and the Woody Heights Skate Park, to hold the converted Speed Indicator Device. The Assistant Clerk is organising for the current SID to be collected and converted to solar instead of battery as agreed on 9th September 2025 agenda item 44.26.
The LRSP have stated that there is a 2–3-month lead time for the pole to be installed and Westcotec have asked for the monitor to be delivered to them approximately 2 weeks before the due instalment date.

Councillors reviewed the targeted consultation document provided by Meridian Solar Farm and would like to continue with the objection to this proposal at land north of Crowland and east of Spalding, due to loss of high-quality arable land.
56.26 Peterborough Local Plan Update September 2025
Councillors discussed the Peterborough Local Plan update and have noted the information.
57.26 To receive an update regarding the Deepings Neighbourhood Plan.
General matters on the Neighbourhood Plan were discussed including the decision to complete a review of the plan. A public exhibition is planned for 30th November 2025 at The Square, during the Christmas Market.
