"DSJ did not object to this proposal, but SKDC refused permission because the site was in the open countryside. The Inspector however disagreed with SKDC ( agreeing with DSJ) and granted permission noting "...the proposal would provide a small employment site that can cater for the needs of small business with a need for external storage and are looking to expand to a small premises".
