The minutes of the extraordinary Parish Council meeting held on Thursday 16 January 2020 at 8.00 pm at The Institute.
Present: Parish Councillors Blessett, Bowell, Dilks (District), Gilbert, Green, Hall, Halls, Hardy, Shinkins-Hoppe, Stevens (District) and Thomas (District).
The minutes were taken by the Parish Clerk.
93.20 To receive apologies for absence.
Apologies were received and accepted from Councillors Hosking and Kornfeld.
94.20 To receive notifications of interest and consider requests for dispensations, if any.
None declared.
95.20 To approve the minutes of the previous meeting held on Thursday 28 November 2019.
Agreed and signed.
96.20 To consider the invitation from the Lincolnshire Association of Local Councils to nominate (no later than Monday 27 January 2020) former Chairpersons (plus a guest) to be chosen to attend the Buckingham Palace Garden Party on Tuesday 12 May 2020.
Councillor Gilbert advised that the following names had been received by the Parish Clerk to be put forward to LALC for consideration - Councillors Blessett, Bowell, Dilks, Stevens and former DSJ Parish Councillor Mr A D Pelling. As Councillors Blessett and Stevens declined and Councillor Dilks was not eligible to attend as he had attended previously, it was Resolved that Councillor Bowell and Mr A D Pelling should be put forward.
