Deeping St James Parish Council have received an update regarding the S106 payment for bus stops and maintenance at the new development along Linchfield Road, advising that a report is to be drafted by SKDC to allow funds to be authorised and SKDC will arrange payment once this report has been signed off.
45.24 To receive a report of the budget position to date and expected outturn for the financial year 2023/24.

Councillors were requested to advise any road or flooding issues to Cllr Smith before this meeting. Consultation will close on 15th October 2023.
49.24 To consider any new items for the Section 106 and Improvement project wishlist.
At the last meeting, it was agreed to produce a list of projects ready for when developers or large sites are liable to provide S106 monies. Some Councillors have already put ideas forward, however, all Councillors are requested to put ideas forward to Cllr Shinkins-Hoppe and Cllr Smith.
