Dear Parish Councillors Bowell, Denman, Dilks (County and District), Fowler, Gilbert, Hall, Halls, Hosking, Little, Olson, Robinson, Rose, Shinkins-Hoppe, Stevens (District) and Thomas (District).
You are hereby summonsed to attend the next meeting of Deeping St James Parish Council which will be held in the meeting room at The Institute 38 Church Street Deeping St James PE6 8HD on Tuesday 18 October 2022 at 7.30pm.
There will be an open forum, lasting a maximum of thirty minutes to permit residents to address the Parish Council before the meeting is formally opened, which will be at the closing of the open forum or at 8.00pm, whichever is the sooner.
The business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed in the agenda below.

23.90 To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Parish Clerk prior to the meeting.
23.91 To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests.
23.92 To approve the minutes of the previous meeting held on Tuesday 27 September 2022.
23.93 To receive the Clerks report and receive an update on matters arising from previous minutes.
23.94 To receive reports from the District Councillors and County Councillor.

23.97 To consider the following correspondence.
1. Barrett Corp Harrington - Reinstatement cost assessment report in respect of the Village Cross and lock-up
2. Safer Together Coordinator at the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner Parish Policing - Priority setting feedback from the last quarter and a request for priorities for the next quarter
3. Anglian Water Services Limited - Non-statutory consultation on a proposed reservoir in Lincolnshire with a deadline of 21 December 2022
23.97 To re-consider applying for adverse possession of the Riverbank originally considered in January 2022 (minute 22.120)
23.98 To agree to and finalise arrangements for the Remembrance Parade on Sunday 13 November 2022.
23.99 To consider responsibilities for future events which are not organised by the Parish Council.
23.100 To consider the offer of a large cut Christmas Tree to be sited at Jubilee Park.
23.101 To receive options for a storage shed to be installed at the Cemetery.
23.102 To receive and consider minutes and recommendations of other committees, reports from advisory committees, members reports from external bodies and reports of meetings, seminars, training and events attended on the Council’s behalf:
1. To receive a report on the annual Deeping Dog Show which took place on Sunday 2 October 2022
2. Lincolnshire Association of Local Councils annual general meeting and conference held at the Bentley Hotel Lincolns on Wednesday 12 October 2022.
3. To receive an update on the informal meeting with the Deepings School Headteacher held on Wednesday 12 October 2022
4.To receive the minutes and recommendations from the Allotments committee meeting held on Thursday 13 October 2022
5. To receive the minutes from the extraordinary Cemetery Committee meeting held at 6.45pm on Tuesday 18 October 2022
6. Scribefest free conference for Clerk RFO’s and Councillors held via zoom on Friday 14 October 2022
