24.135 To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Parish Clerk prior to the meeting.
24.136 To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any interest in agenda items not previously recorded on the registration of disclosable pecuniary interest forms.

9. Request from a representative of the Langtoft the Deepings and District Royal British Legion Branch for a proposal from Deeping St James Parish Council regarding holding future Remembrance events in Deeping St James
10. Email from the Lincolnshire Environmental Crime Partnership providing information on Waste crime and asking for the Parish Council’s support in disseminating this information and empowering communities

24.143 To receive an update about the Astroturf on the playing field on Spalding Road/Linchfield Road.
24.144 To agree a date, and who will represent Deeping St James Parish Council at a meeting to organise community event. Dates offered to other community groups who have been invited to attend the meeting are Monday 26 February, Thursday 29 February and Friday 1 March
24.145 To receive reports and minutes from committees, advisory committees, meetings, seminars, training and events or meetings of external bodies attended on the Council’s behalf and consider any recommendations from them:
1. Virtual meeting on Tuesday 30 January 2024 to consider the Jubilee Park transfer of ownership document. Attended by Councillors Shinkins-Hoppe, Councillor Smith the Parish Clerk and South Kesteven District Councils Acting Asset Manager.
