- how to safely return to holding face-to-face committee and council meetings from 7 May 2021 onwards after which date current legislation no longer allows virtual meetings.
- When to hold the Annual Parish meeting (required to be held between 1 March and 1 June) and if face to face how to do this safely.

Council for the land within the playing field on Spalding Road / Linchfield Road from 99 years to 50 years.
