25.48  To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Parish Clerk prior to the meeting.
 
25.49 To receive declarations of interest.
 
25.50 To agree the minutes of the meeting held on Tuesday 7 January 2025. 
 
25.51 To receive the Clerk’s report and any update on matters arising from the previous minutes. 
 
25.52 To receive an update and agree any further actions in relation to the Annual Parish Meeting to be held at 7pm on Monday 28 April 2025 in the Priory Hall 
 
25.53 To receive an update and agree any further actions in relation to the VE Day 80 celebration and beacon lighting event to be held on Thursday 8 May 2025  
 
25.54 To consider granting permission for South Kesteven District Council to hold an event on Jubilee Park during “The Great Big Green Week” which runs from 7 to 15 June 2025

25.55 To receive an update and agree and further actions in relation to the Funday Sunday event taking place on 13 July 2025 on the John Eve Field Market Deeping  
 
25.56 To agree the dates of the Parish Council funded forest school sessions to be organised and run by Our Forest Garden at Swines Meadow Nursery, during the school summer holidays 
 
25.57 To consider a proposal to make available funding from the Jubilee Park budget to cover the services of a Fundraising Manager whose specialist skills will enhance the chances of funding applications for improvements at Jubilee Park being successful. 
 
25.58 To consider purchasing an additional piece of play equipment for Hereward Way play area. Monkey Challenge - The Play Solution for All Ages 
 
25.59 To consider extending the birds mouth fencing, or installing an alternative barrier, along the verge on Spalding Road following continued damage to plants and grass caused by vehicles parking on the verge.   
 
25.60 To consider a location for a seasonal Tree and/or decorations for Christmas 2025.
