Minutes of the meeting of Hall Meadow Estate Charity held in the meeting room at The Institute 38 Church Street Deeping St James PE6 8HD on Tuesday 16th December 2025 at 6.15pm.
Present: Councillors Burdock, Bowell, Fowler, Gilbert, Halls, Hosking, Leader, Neville, Nickerson, Shinkins-Hoppe and Stevens.
It was noted that the Chair of Deeping St James Parish Council, Councillor Shinkins-Hoppe would chair this meeting as it is Deeping St James Parish Council who are the Trustee
26.01 To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Clerk to the Trustee for Hall Meadow Charity Estate prior to the meeting.
Apologies were received and accepted from Councillors Dilks, Rose and Townsin.
26.02 To approve the minutes of the previous meeting held on Tuesday 17 December 2024.
Agreed and signed.
26.03 To agree the Statement of Accounts for year 1 April 2024 – 31 March 2025.
These were agreed and signed and will now be filed with the Charity Commission.
26.04 Date of next meeting – 15 December 2026.
