Minutes of The Planning & Transport Committee meeting held on 18 October 2018 at 7.45pm at The Institute.

Present: Councillors Barber, Blessett, Gilbert, Halls, Hardy, Pelling, Shinkins, Green and Hosking.

36.19 To receive reports from the clerk, on Matters Arising not covered elsewhere on the agenda and a report on Planning Matters affecting Deeping St James from any District Council Members present.

Prior to this evenings meeting Georgie Mc Crae, Planner and Barry Maynard, Planning Development Director from Linden Homes visited The Institute to discuss the outline planning for the proposed Linchfield Road, Deeping St James development.

It would be preferred by DSJPC if the replacement windows to the front of the property remained timber framed rather than UPVC as in the heart of the conservation area this would be more in keeping.
