26.37 To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Parish Clerk prior to the meeting.
26.38 To receive declarations of interest.
26.39 To agree the minutes of the meeting held on Tuesday 06 January 2026
26.40 To receive the Clerk’s report.
26.41 To receive an update from the Jubilee Park improvements working party
26.42 To receive an update about the request sent to SKDC about transferring the land off St Vincent’s Close where the small orchard has been planted, and also Millennium Wood which is currently leased from them.
26.43 To consider holding some future meetings at or visits to recreation areas and /or open spaces to obtain a better understanding of the maintenance and management challenges and improvements needed.
26.44 To consider the tree inspection specification provided by SKDC and adapt it to suit DSJPC’s needs prior to obtaining quotations for inspections to take place later in 2026
26.45 Following the decision to organise a Parish Walk at 2pm on Sunday 12 April 2026, as part of SKDC Walking Festival Fortnight to decide whether to offer refreshments afterwards. The walk will incorporate the Deeping Lake Nature Reserve and PRoW DeeJ/909/1 along the bank of the River Welland.
26.46 To agree the organisation of the annual Deeping Dog Show – Bark in The Park
