Deeping St James Parish Council have agreed that NAME of plot number XXX, is allowed to keep chickens on the said plot.
To allow this, the plot holder must keep to all RSPCA regulations regarding size of coop allowed for chickens and welfare regulations the RSPCA stipulate.
If for any reason, these regulations are not adhered to, or the keeping of chickens cause a nuisance to the other plot holders; the Parish Council will give one month’s notice to the plot holder to find suitable accommodation for the chickens and to dismantle all coops and debris.
