13.21 To receive an update from SKDC Officers re the replacement of the all-weather pitch and the proposed new leisure centre and answer any questions about the draft terms document and demise plan (see attached, to be held in Closed Session)

The Assistant Clerk has contacted a representative from The Priory Church Hall Trust to ask if they would be in favour of forming a working party with DSJPC to oversee the ongoing maintenance of the Oak tree in the car park.
