AGENDA
26.01 To elect a Chairperson.
26.02 To receive apologies of absence.
26.03 To receive any declarations of interest.
26.04 To agree the minutes of the last meeting held on Tuesday 7 January 2025.
26.05 Clerks report.
26.06 To review the recent enhancements in the Cemetery - hedge planting, biodiversity areas and new/re-laid slabbed paths.
26.07 To review the overall grounds maintenance and management including the challenges around tending the grass near the cremated remains memorial tablets and agree how these can be alleviated.
26.08 To consider memorial safety management and agree when and who will complete a memorial safety check report.
26.09 To consider the Conifer hedge on the boundary of the Hereward Way properties and agree future action.
26.10 To assess the condition of the tarmac on the Lincolnshire County Council public right of way running through the Cemetery and agree future action.
26.11 To consider adding a disclaimer to the Cemetery regulations about damage to memorials.
26.12 To receive an update about an exhumation taking place within the next 4 weeks and agree process and procedure.
