you are hereby summonsed to attend the next meeting of the Cemetery Committee which will be held on Thursday 16 September 2021 2021 at 7.00pm in the meeting room at the Institute 38 Church Street Deeping St James PE6 8HD

22.8 To receive apologies of absence.
22.9 To receive any declarations of interest.
22.10 To agree the minutes of the last meeting held on Thursday 15 July 2021.
22.11 To receive the Clerks report.
Since the last meeting of the committee on 15 July 2021 there has been one interment of cremated remains and two burials. There have also been three reservations for burial plots.
Signs saying ‘never mind the weeds were looking after the bees’ are being made to be installed in the sections of the Cemetery that are being left uncut.
The Lincolnshire Probation Service have advised that they are unable to a community payback service at the moment but have noted are requirement and will be in touch as soon as they are able to assist.
22.12 To review the Cemetery procedures, regulations and fees.
22.13 To receive a report on the position to date and the expected spend for the financial year 2021-22.
