LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (DEEPING ST JAMES – HEREWARD WAY) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING) AMENDMENT ORDER 20

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lincolnshire County Council propose to make an Order under their powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting in the vicinity of Deeping St James Primary School, advisory school keep clear markings will also be installed. The existing parking places fronting the school will not be affected by this proposal.

Exemptions are included which will permit waiting for disabled persons’ vehicles and for the purpose of picking up or setting down passengers, loading or unloading of goods, the maintenance of the roads, and works in connection with the supply of gas, electricity, water and telecommunications apparatus.
